Why is there such bias, discrimination and injustice in this nation? My first wife used Southern California's  legal system against Northern California…AND IT WORKED! Southern California proved they had more power than Northern  California by jumping claim on jurisdiction and ignoring existing court orders. They went as far as to ensure that justice was  not served by issuing an incompetent attorney, evidence in my defense was never heard and they refused to consider any  previous orders where jurisdiction and venue had been set in Northern California. I would drive 500 miles from Northern  California to Southern California only to be told you can’t get justice here only to return home and be told the same by home.  My second wife is now pitting one state against another. The 2,500 mile game of PING-PONG that the two law enforcement  agencies play is a horribly cruel game that only extends the amount of time that a child can be held hostage to our justice  systems. The mothers can be physically, mentally and verbally abusive, they can abscond, abduct, and kidnap never showing  up for court ordered visitation and communications and NOT held accountable. But when I (the father – the non-custodial  spouse) tries to protect my child from physical and sexual abuse I was charged with what my second wife could not be  charged with.  At what point did I agree to have children so they could be adopted into another family (my ex-wives and their new  husbands)? At what point did I sign away my rights to be the biological father of my children? Who is responsible for creating  such bias, discrimination and unjust enrichment for women? Unfortunately, I cannot say women because it would be only a  half-truth. Males and fathers who want no part of being a parent to their children are just as responsible for the problem.  Uneducated, unemployed males (and unwilling to work) and unable to take care of themselves without a woman (MOMMA)  doing everything for them are unable and unwilling to make the transition into being a MAN.  However our teenage children can be just as dirty as all the rest. Especially when you are dealing with sexually active  teenagers who do not want to leave her boyfriends/girlfriend, are acting out in defiance against the authority of their parents  just to get their way. My oldest daughter was pregnant at 14, a high school dropout at 15, and married at 16. All of which  happened while living with the mother and all was hidden from me by the mother, the children, and the Department of Children  Services who are supposed to be preventing these acts. This information is withheld by the Department of Children Services,  the attorneys and the courts so they can get an easy conviction against fathers.  Boys, If you are old enough to play...then be man enough to pay! DNA is rapidly becoming the standard for determining who is  financially (at minimum) responsible for a child. Women and children are not punching bags. It is your responsibility to prevent  unwanted births. How many children were told that they said "NO" to the abortion ended the child's life? How many children  were informed that their fathers were fighting for them and didn't have enough money to continue fighting the mother and her  government? How many children were informed that their fathers do not love them and abused them by alienating &  denigrating mothers who wanted nothing more to do with the father? How many children were told their fathers were dead?  How many children were told that they were molested by their fathers only to later understand what molestation means and  know that their father did not. How many mothers have told their children it was wrong of me to keep you from your father?"  However, let me also say that it is your ultimate responsibility to prove who you are as a man and a father. Your morality, your  honesty, your integrity and your faith will be tested to the fullest. Those who do not "take matters into their own hands" are  called dangerous. First women came out about the physical abuse by husbands and later it was child abuse. Then it was  sexual abuse and they demanded the sex offender database. However now that the truth is coming out about mothers they  are saying that the men are liars. This vicious cycle has been destroying families for far too long and this side of the dirty  family secrets will continue to go unpunished. In some states women are showing up more than men. How could this be?  Women are victims. Georgia Civil Code 19-9-22 (1) "Custody" includes visitation rights. Could it be that Georgia has finally made a leap  forward in helping prevent violations of visitation? Current Georgia Civil Code 19-9-22 specifies that custody and visitation  rights are the same. Could it be that interference with visitation could finally hold the same weight and justice as interference  with custody? Georgia does not accept Parental Alienation as anything more than a "Deprivation." Deprivation hold a meaning  that holds the value of someone complaining that they didn't get marsh mellows in their hot chocolate. Tennessee Civil Code  39-13-306 clearly outlines "the rightful custody of a mother."  VICTIM MOTHER  A child has the right to both parents. Do not use the child as a tool of malicious vengeance because children are not a  weapon. Women are not the only humans capable of parenting a child. However, woman are victimized by parental alienation  too. This is why I have not isolated my efforts in a discriminatory manner against mothers. My focus is mostly on a system call  justice which is yet another example of a government gone wrong. The abuse of power and authority, for profit schemes and  double standards are proven in the direct violation of children and fathers rights each and every day in this nation.  Each child that is born out of wedlock does not receive any rights to their biological father and therefore the woman does not  have to cooperate with or even worry about visitation, communications or legal rights of the child. Who cares about the child it  is nothing more than a civil matter. Even if you are abusing your children a woman just has to turn on the tears and turn up the  victim and nothing will happen to you. The lies and deception of women is creating a huge gap in the ability for law  enforcement and the courts to believe women. Moreover with the coming of awareness to hostile aggressive parenting a  much more clear picture of child abuse by mothers is surprising all who are will to take an unbiased look at the facts of the  matter. I also own www.WheresMOMMY.org because parental alienation is not right for anyone to be subjected and victimized by.  However this site was taken down and incorporated into this site because of two factors. First was that site received 1 hit per  every two months when WheresDADDY received more than 10,000 in one month. Secondly, I gave women the ability to  create the site to their information needs and was told by some visitors that having two sites made it appear to discriminate  the genders since the basic information contained in the sights were nearly identical.  Women can just go to Planned Parenthood and take the morning after pill, drop their children off at specific locations and not  even go to jail for it. They have no responsibility for their one night stands or free sexual expression. They are not players like  men. Men have no way of "controlling" the life of children who are created and in a growing number of cases are never even  informed that they were a parent by the mother and typically only find out years later when CPS show up at his door with a  warrant for failure to pay child support.  VICTIM FATHER  The victim parent (most commonly referred to as non-custodial Father) from whom the child has been wrongfully taken, kept,  or concealed. Also called left-behind parent and searching parent. In either case this the crimes that I have discussed in this  document have multiple victims (the child, the non-custodial parent or guardian and relatives). Meanwhile the child and non-  custodial parent or guardian suffers mental and physical directly other family members are affected by these crimes too. Men  are being victimized 7:1 by women when it comes to parental alienation, verbal and mental abuse and children 9:1 by women.  Even today men still have almost no place to report their abuse to.  Many of our Nations Fathers are not standing up to the plate, ready to be the best father that they can be, but they are being  raped of their right to equal parenting and our children are being held hostage while the ransom is set by attorneys, courts and  our own government. Tell me how a "child's best interests" are being met? This country is trying desperately to mark as many  fathers as felons as it can and as fast as it can. I have been incarcerated twice now for trying to protect my children from the  abusive parent (in these cases the mothers).  My first wife trumped up charges that were dropped but the D.A. who brought them against me but turned a blind eye/ear and  did nothing about the false claims. When she was found unfit to be a mother she used the children as a shield to keep from  going to jail herself and has been running and hiding with the children since 2003. VICTIM CHILD(REN)  If you care about the children you’d understand that they not only have been removed from the their home, but their family,  one or both parents, their friends, their school, their belongings, and so much more.  A child can’t just hop in the car and drive  somewhere else and hit the reset button on their life.  People who are not even their biological relatives (judges, courts, CPS,  law enforcement and attorneys) all take their turn raping the children without any regard for what impact their own actions will  have on that child.  VICTIM GRANDPARENTS  Grand Parents are just coming into focus in custody/visitation orders that are promoting healthy extended families.  But if you  already have visitation order that does not mention the grandparents and they are not being permitted time then guess  what...you are going to have to go back to courts because neither the states nor our nation will just make justice happen.   When your vehicle tags are due you get a bill.  Updates to court orders could be an annual supplement that does not require  any court date but the delivery of an additional page which states the new law, what changes are now in effect and what is no  longer valid (if needs be).  VIDEO CHAT  Online communications has come a long ways and permitting that the other party shows up and does not interfere then video  chat can help keep a closer bond than telephone can and dramatically more than writing a letter can.  However there are  many points of failure with online communications.  Computer hardware and software, Internet, and of course the custodial  parent.  Oops, my computer shut off, or my internet was down or if you don’t do what I say I am going to cut you off.  These  issues can add unwanted and unneeded stress to a long distance relationship.  Interference with communications is a form of  alienation, denigration, abduction, snatching, etc.  They are keeping you from your rights by force.  The act of shutting off the  computer, the chat program or the internet connection is an act of force to defraud the other parent.  KIDNAPPING / RUNNING-A-WAY  Nobody missed this child for ten years “he had a history of running-a-way.”  Parents who kidnap, snatch, abduct, abscond,  deprive and interfere with a child’s rights of visitation is teaching an unhealthy patter to the child and may have been taught  that pattern as a child by their parents and are simply repeating the patter as is the case with my X.  Running-a-way by  yourself by dictionary definition is to ABSCOND (take ones self away) but when they take a child that by definition is an act of  SNATCHING, ABDUCTION OR KIDNAPPING.  But the courts don’t see it that way.  A parent has the right to move even if  they are the primary custodial parent.  But what if that parent moves fives times in four years crossing thousands of miles  taking the child in and out of other mens homes the entire time?  Wouldn’t the court determine that is not in the best interest of  the child?  Where is the justice when the system says one thing and then does another?  These cases go without justice and  the media eats it up when an abusive parent takes the life of a child.  I ask why the system permits the abuse to continue?  REPORTING CHILD ABUSE  When I reported the abuse of my son I was thrown in jail for interstate interference.  “I’d do anything to keep my child safe  but I can’t do anything from the inside of a jail cell while he is still with his abuser.  So they shut the Father’s up by abusing  and violating them while the mother plays her “get out of jail FREE” card.  While with mom he has had ring worm, pink eye,  pneumonia, cigarette burns, and who knows what all else because she refuses to share any of his medical information as  required under joint legal custody (right?).  He is allergic to her smoking but she does care.  The photo above-left was just one of many of the photos of abuse ignored by law enforcement, DCS and the court  because they were against a mother.  The photo above-right was where the ring worm caused hair loss. It didn’t matter that he is allergic to cigarette smoke so why would it matter when he showed up with cigarette burns on his  face?  When the mothers don’t cooperate they are tolerant, forgiving, understanding but if a Father tries to protect his  children they will throw him under their bus and run him over until he quits “complaining,” he has lost it mentally, lost  everything financially or is dead.  They’ll trough a Father in jail for taking a child 75 across a state line while trying to protect  a child from because that is where has lived for years but when the mother takes the child more than 2,500 with the intention  of parental kidnapping the courts say “I’m going to allow it” and “the child remains with the mother.”  You can’t say Parental Alienation because it hasn’t been proven.  How many more children must be exposed before it will  matter?  It hasn’t happened to the judges, the attorneys, the law enforcement or the offending parent and feminists say is  isn’t true so let’s just call it a woman’s prerogative.  They can beat, molest, neglect and abuse a child without fear of anything  happening to them because they are above the law and the children are “NOTHING MORE THAN A CIVIL MATTER.”  VICTIMS PAGE “NOT” IN THE NEWS Why should the media report the truth?  They are owned and run by the  government and corrupt individuals and is paid off the report what they are  told.  The people are to fragile to know the truth is what was reported by the   government.  That was a lie.  The truth is that if the public knew what the  government was going instead of being buried in soap opera mommy  drama then they would have not permitted this nation to be destroyed by  the 5th element. FOX news lies about telling the truth and tells people to “shut up   when they don’t like other people showing them the truth.  But FOX has  been out foxed by the people and they cannot handle it.  They are acting  like out of control teenage girls who have been told by their fathers that they  can’t do whatever they want.  CBS adopted the “all seeing eye” back in the  1950’s.  But people could not see the truth in what they were doing either.   “Follow the all seeing eye” we’re rated number one.     Why should it be a shock that the media is not reporting the “TRUTH” about  women and mothers abusing men or children.  Because they are not being  paid to tell the truth.  The fact of the matter is that they are being paid to not  report the truth.  Take for example the national average of 1 father, 2  mothers, and 4 children.  1 mother parentally abducts 2 children while the  other parental alienates the others.  The statistic would be 100% of mothers  abuse 100% of the fathers and 100% of the child while 0% of the fathers  abuse 0% of the mothers and 0% of the children.  That isn’t good news for  the media organization, the government or their sponsors.  God is the one friend who will not turn away from you in your time of suffering and need.  Click on the Bible and one will be delivered to you.
