TENDER YEARS DOCTRINE
Just because mothers carried the child during the pregnancy,
gave birth (either naturally or surgically), may possess breast
milk and the homing or nesting instincts make a women by
design the best interest for a the primary parent of the tender
years child (typically meaning the age of birth till school age)
child.
However, far too many cases have proven that not all mothers
are or exercise the best interest of child(ren). Drugs, smoking,
alcohol, domestic violence, mental or psychological defect and
other factors are taken into consideration to make a ruling that
creates a pattern which proves a mother is not the best interest
of a child(ren).
But there are many other factors which cannot just be presented
ahead of time to reflect or change a courts decision to prevent a
mother from moving with a child. These invisible factors are
more likely to show up after a mother moves although some may show up early enough to cause enough concern to prevent
a mothers move with a child or require that a temporary modification of custody be made to ensure the mothers move is not
something that can/will effect the child further. When my ex-wife move across country she should have informed the court.
But what if she is a run-a-way who only commits to a relationship for a short period of time and the jumps and runs?
Someone who just never stops running-a-way? Northern California to Southern California, California to Ohio, Ohio to
Georgia, Georgia to California? The father is held hostage to a women by the historical precedent is that if a father wants to
see his children he can simply just pick up and move to where his ex-wife moves. According to this old legal stereotype the
father could be required to get up to 50 court orders (one per state). This is just one more way the legal system fails the
child(ren). While they are trusting and believing that their father is fighting for them they don’t know that between chasing her
from state to state and the system he is being bankrupted, years pass by and they finally loose hope or are programmed by
the mothers that the fathers aren’t doing anything and/or don’t care.

government? That is rights. CPS, DFCS, or what ever other names they call themselves are also in hot water time after
time for abusing children. How could that be? Because humans are running it too.

Although this video is a light hearted, tongue in cheek comedy, which approaches the issue of Parental
abuse of children (like Parental Alienation and Parental Kidnapping) the fact of the matter is that mothers
can rely on the fact that either the child is too young to understand what she is doing to them or that the
court will not permit the child to say what she is doing to them. Mothers take on the (horror character)
Gollum (from Lord of the Rings) like approach to their children saying things like, “MY child” forcing the
child to only love “ME.”

Three Stooges it is just the not funny to the fathers or the children when the courts do it.

Attorneys, Judges, CPS/DFCS, Senators, Congress Persons, Heads of State, Government, Kings,
Queens, Gay, Lesbians, Christians, Catholics, Mormans, and on..., and on..., and on...

SEX EDUCATION
The government has designed the curriculum in sex education that
they want children to be taught. However it includes alternative
lifestyles like guy and lesbian as ok and acceptable and therefore are
promoted while much of the basic information and education is not
even addressed.
Here is a book entitled “Let’s Talk About Sex” which claims to have
sold more than 1 million copies. Television and media ads across
the nation have said teach your children about sex. Words like
abstinence, monogamy, single partner are given merely a whisper
while jumping in the sack with anyone you want to.
But not only do they not mean it they will trough you in jail if they find
out that you “talked” to your child about sex. They will turn your
conversation into a “verbal molestation” which can enable them, if
convicted, to place you on the national sex offenders registry.
Being accused of annoying or molesting a child is also no frivolous
matter. As a misdemeanor offense in California, P.C. 647.6 is
punishable by imprisonment in county jail for a period of up to one
year and/or a maximum fine of $5,000. With a conviction also comes
the likely possibility of having to annually register as a sex offender
pursuant to P.C. 290. Convicted or not it will effect your for life
permanently.
It is reported that 62 percent of 12th graders had had sexual intercourse, compared with 33 percent of 9th graders but what is
even more alarming to me is that schools have “safe places” where kids can sexually experiment. Kids say the schools know
but do nothing about it. Likewise teachers who were known to have been having sex with children, who later married one of
their students still work within the school system. Although I suspect that this statistic like all others reported by the
government to be wrought with gross errors and omissions because it did not report sex below 15 (Kaiser, Guttmacher, or any
other “reported” accounts). Catholicism has a coming out party for 16 year old daughter to let people know they have
“coming of age.” While modern mothers hold parties at home to promote drink and even sex parties. While girls are taught
by their mothers to dress and act anyway they want especially if it is slutty, sexual or out of control.
This “teen pregnancy graph is a fraud because it does not report all the facts. Teen means 13 and 14 too. Where are those
statistics. The reason that they are not reported is because those numbers are breaking records at an epidemic proportion.
People shouldn’t know the truth. The truth is not important. The truth can’t harm nor help anyone. Right, just like
government and intelligence never harmed anyone either. So I ask you what are you hiding? If a father dressed his teenage
daughter up in lingerie and took her trolling for men he’s either be gay and looking for men too (which is acceptable) or
incarcerated. But the double standards of justice promote girls being out of control. When there is no check or balance to
what is enforced then those people, just like CPS and the COPS, who are permitted to get away with anything will.
Some Judges are taking cash, creating orders and refusing to enforce order that inflicts harm on non-custodial parents
and children. I have seen Judges that are stellar in their jobs but I have also seen Judges who were criminals.
God is the one friend who will not turn away from you in your time of suffering and need.
