MEDIA BASHING OF FATHERS Women’s groups are taking aim at Fathers and most every news  agency is brainwashing the citizens that Fathers are nothing more  than “DEAD BEAT DADS,” “WIFE BEATERS,” and “CHILD  MOLESTERS.”  But the truth is not being reported.  They are not  reporting that women commit horrible acts of parental alienation or  parental kidnappings.  Women just turn on the tears and fall back  on “he abused me,” brain washing like military torture on the  children to say “Daddy scares me” and if that doesn’t work they  tell the children “Daddy doesn’t love you.” When it is said the truth is out there...in this case the only 50% of  the truth is out there.  Remember Nixon?  I never lied...I just never  told all the truth.  The truth is NOT being reported.  92% of moms  say they feel overwhelmed.  Well 92% of fathers feel overwhelmed  too.   This is just another case of the bias, discrimination and  injustice against Fathers.  Who are you kidding?  This isn’t news but programming the Lemmings to do what they  want them to do.  Since children are NOTHING MORE THAN A CIVIL MATTER to the courts and mothers  brainwashing children is not a crime then no there is no harm and no foul, right. Here is a report (false like nearly 100% of the statistics reported by the government and the media) which declares  that “92% of moms say the feel overwhelmed.”  Just throw a dart and say the number and the people will people you.   It doesn’t report what they feel overwhelmed about.  This is a presupposition which does not report what fathers feel.   It just wants you to feel sorry for women again.  They are unable to be women, mothers, educators, entertainers  prostitutes or what ever this statistic was supposed to prove.  It also implies that married women are single moms.   Talk about the media being confused about what they are reporting.  You could say that since women are too  incompetent to know that they cannot be single married moms then they should not become moms at all.  Or even  that 92% of women shouldn’t be mothers or shouldn’t be married.  The truth is in the writing. RIGHTS PAGE I once heard a man proclaim that humans are the only intelligent form of life in the Universe.  Far too many people make far  too many assumptions about what is right and what is wrong.  Some ask, ‘why is it right for a woman to kidnap children and  not the father?’  I ask why is it legal for either side to kidnap children?  Law maker and those who administer justice have  looked the other way for far too long not only permitting but supporting injustice, bias and discrimination of one parent over  another because to them a child is: NOTHING MORE THAN A CIVIL MATTER! UCCJEA  "The Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction Enforcement Act (UCCJEA) and the Parental Kidnapping Prevention Act (PKPA) are  legislative responses to the child custody jurisdiction problem. The Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International  Child Abduction is the international response. The UCCJA began as a model act which became virtually universal state law.  The PKPA, on the other hand, is federal law. The UCCJA creates a two-prong approach to determining which court decides  a custody case. First, a general class of jurisdiction is established for custody cases. Second, the law provides a mechanism  intended to vest the right to exercise jurisdiction in only one state at any given time. "No Child Left Behind," "The Best Interest of the Child" and "the Absolute Right  to Parent," are titles that are said with a forked tongue when the truth is that there is clear bias and discrimination against  fathers and children that promotes the unjust enrichment of the mothers. Taken Tennessee Civil Code that makes the  specific statement "rightful custody of a mother" with no mention of father or even legal guardian.  NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND  President Bush Jr. coined the phrase "no child left behind" and in the courts you will hear about the "best interest of the  child" but neither were based in truth or fact. Although his speech was directed at childhood education most states have  proven that children are first of all pigeon holed, segregated by grade and then passed even when they do not meet the  governments standards.  MIRANDA RIGHTS  This is one of the most important rights that you may find yourself hearing. If you are being arrested (and in some cases just  retained for questioning) the law enforcement officers are required to read you what is know as your Miranda Rights. A  Miranda warning advises people of their constitutional right not to answer any questions and that it is recommended to have  an attorney present before you answer any questions. Although a person who has not committed a crime can charged,  arrested, incarcerated, and held on bond until a hearing date. Each year stories of innocent people who were found guilty of  crimes that they did not commit really speaks volumes for not saying anything at all. Invocation of My Miranda Rights  I wish to invoke my Miranda Rights to remain silent under the statutes and constitution of the United States  of America. I do not want to talk or answer any questions to law enforcement. I do not want to participate in  any lineup or show-up until I consult with an attorney and he is present. I do not consent to any search of  my person, property or possession under my control or which I have an interest. I declare that I do not  waive my legal rights and I insist on having my lawyer present.  My Attorney is [STATE HIS/HER NAME]  With no disrespect intended Officer [STATE HIS OR HER NAME] I have nothing further to say at this time  other than, I wish to know what I am being charged with and an opportunity to call my lawyer at [STATE  THE TELEPHONE NUMBER].  ABSOLUTE RIGHT TO PARENT  This right should not be subject to state, county, city, local or personal interpretation. This right should not discriminate or  hold bias against any parent who has legal and just cause to their parental rights. Current laws in many of the United States  permit the custodial parent to legally alienate, abduct and kidnap a child. The absolute right to parent only applies to the  custodial parent. This is not fair or just, but bias, discriminator and sponsorship of child abuse.  Neither the child, the non-custodial parent, guardian or relatives have any rights against the custodial parent. Prior to a  custodial order the parent who has custody, in many cases, took possession of the child without the knowledge or consent of  the child or the other parent, guardian or relatives. This in itself should be regarded as an act of abduction and any person(s)  who aids in this act should also be held accountable.  Tennessee civil code states the “rightful custody of a mother.” It does not mention parent or guardian which would be  correct nor does it mention father. One young man stated mothers have the right because they carried the child inside them  until it was born. I informed him that major advances have been made in medical science which proves that a man could  carry an implanted fetus and that he should try it. That way he could tell the biological mothers that she has less rights to his  child because he carried it. Come on people. This  gives them the power to make various decisions on behalf of the child, including where to live, what school to attend,  what religion to follow, and what medical treatment to obtain. Normally, the state will not interfere in these decisions.  Only in life-threatening or extreme situations will the courts step in to overrule the parents' decisions. For example, if a  child might die without the medical care that the parents refuse to provide, a judge may make the child a ward of the  state and order that the care be provided. Parents have been prosecuted for withholding medical treatment from  seriously ill children. This is true even in situations where parents act out of religious belief.  There may be certain medical procedures that the law allows "mature minors" to decide upon for themselves, even if  their parents disagree. For example, parents have no absolute veto power over a minor's decision to use  contraceptives or to obtain an abortion. In addition, some states allow children of a certain age to seek mental health  treatment or treatment for venereal disease without notification of the parents.  Parents also have the legal authority to control their children's behavior and social lives. The Hague Convention's underlying policy is primarily to ascertain a speedy return of an abducted child  to the state in which he or she was an habitual resident, without undertaking a full investigation of the case's merits." -  Source: www.FindLaw.com  BIOLOGICAL PARENT  This nation has taken advantage of the child support issue like it took advantage of the social security fund looking at it from  the monetary perspective and not the long term effects that it has on the citizens. Currently our country holds fathers and  children in a bastard status until he is proven to be the father and this status is only increased to payee. In cases where a  child was born out of wedlock neither the child nor the paternal parents have any rights to communication, visitation and/or  legal rights. The Bible states “the Father, the Son” not child support and non-custodial parent. Show me where it says the state has the  power to parent a child. This is promoting the morale decay of our nation. Mothers can increase their income each year and  prevent any man from being a part of their life and the child’s life (except for paying support).  SUPPORT GROUPS  Although there are an endless wealth of resources for women and children who are seeking support from domestic violence  and child abuse there are almost none for men/fathers. When I reported the abuse to both law enforcement and DCS/DCFS  evidence was "misplaced," I was sent to jail and maliciously prosecuted. When my second wife reported that my son was  missing (which turned out just to be a sick joke) I was informed that because I was not the custodial parent no crime had  been committed. When I reported to the Douglas, Georgia, DCFS office that my son was about to be kidnapped by his mother and her family I  was informed that no crime had been committed. But I was referred to the Magnolia House which is a women’s shelter. The  women’s shelter representative showed up and said there was nothing they could do for me and my son because they only  helped women. Furthermore, one of the staff members of the Douglas, Georgia, DCFS openly discriminated against my  disabilities and was terminated for it.  ABORTION  First and foremost a child is conceived by a man and a woman (a single man, nor a single woman, not two men nor two  women).  That a woman is automatically given some unjust precedent for murder without any involvement with the biological  father seems to me no less a crime than a man punching a woman in the stomach to kill the child.  The biological father has  no rights to that child and just because a woman goes out, gets drunk and has a one night stand without needing to have  any concern pregnancy because she can just pop some pills like the morning after pill is murder.  Abortion should be  limited to bona-fide rape and molestation.  Biological Fathers are not notified that one of their children was just murdered.   Women can just wake up in the morning and say I am not having his child or it’s just not convenient for me right now and kill  a child without any legal recourse.    Many biological fathers are never notified that they are a Father, wrongfully accused of being the Father (Jerry Springer  proves that every day), and NO DNA is taken from the murdered child to inform the biological Father that his child has been  killed by the mother.  Mothers have no responsibility to abstinence  and contraception because Planned Parenthood can just  hit the delete key for the mother while a Father is held accountable for child support, education, medical, and other  expenses when in many cases the biological Father only becomes aware that he has a child when he receives a court order  to show up at a dependency hearing.  Likewise, men who were informed that they were the child’s Father, assumed the role,  supporting and nurturing the child for many years only to find out down the road that he was not the biological Father the  courts will not refund the man any moneys from the fraud that was committed by the woman.  HONOR, INTEGRITY, MORALITY, HONESTY, EQUALITY & JUSTICE AGENCIES WHO PROTECT CHILDREN?  People are people and people will either be good to or abuse children.  Who are the people in CPS, in Adoption Agencies,  etc?  They are the same people who are accused of crimes as citizens.  Some do but most don’t.  When agencies are not  checked or held above the law the children will suffer.  WE DID IT TO PROTECT THE CHILDREN  Protect?  Courts, law enforcement, attorneys, CPS, adoption agencies, etc. do not have to care about the children’s lives  that they destroy because it is not their own.  Look at the rate of police brutality, legalized assignations by cops and SWAT,  the use of the military and forcing families to pay for counseling that would never have taken money away from the children  if the “law” hadn’t gotten involved.  In some bottom drawer of some file cabinet in some government agencies basement  there is a file which shows that government has done more harm in nearly everything that they have gotten involved with  and children is definitely not their specialty.  But until the government cares about the children rather than themselves this  will not change.  Holding people accountable must be a two way street.  Because a government who is not held accountable  isn’t.  When they make children human citizens then they will no longer be “NOTHING MORE THAN JUST A CIVIL  MATTER!”  TEACH THEM WELL  Children from from their parents and everyone else around them.  When courts permit the abusive parent to keep custody  they are teaching the child to be abusive too.  But some companies support bad parenting too.  Just ask cigarette  manufactures.   God is the one friend who will not turn away from you in your time of suffering and need.  Click on the Bible and one will be delivered to you.
